Sept - Dec Monday and Thursdays 5:00-8:00PM beginning Aug 31 (all)

Jan 18-20 (EPS exams) optional based on parental decision

Jan - April M-F 4:30-9:00, Sa 9:00-1:00 (as needed until 3:00)

All Team meetings: 6:00 Monday (business, robot) & Thursdays (robot)

1. Performance: M, T, W, Th, F, Sa  (choose T, W, F- 1 weeknight off)

2. Innovation: M, Th, Sa + 1 additional day of your choice

3. Business: M, Th, + 1 additional day of your choice

4. Infrastructure: M, Th, Sa

FTC Peer Mentor for 6th grade or rookie team Aug-Nov Tuesdays 6-8:00 & Sat 9-12:00 (Optional)

DUES for this year's Green Machine team is $950 per person + $105 EHS Activity fee by 9/10/26. We didn't raise the price last year, dipping into our savings. This year, FIRST is moving to a new control system, which will require an additional investment. This does not include travel fees. Travel fees will be set at the end of Oct., when we have exact dates, and locations. Our estimate is that the travel fee for each Regional will be between $850-$1000, depending on fundraising and the number of students attending. Regional travel fees will be due by Mon. Nov. 16. If we qualify for the World Championship in Houston, we will make arrangements at that time.

Scholarships and payment plans are available for both dues and travel fees. They are completely confidential. You will receive an email confirming that you were awarded a scholarship. Please do not let this be a barrier to joining the fun!

FRC SUMMER TRAININGS:

• Mechanical Systems - Independent study

  Mittag is challenging the team to become more proficient in CAD tools over the summer (himself included).  He is asking everyone who will be involved with Mechanical teams next year to be fully Onshape certified.  Before July 4th, please take the "New to CAD" training within Onshape.  This is estimated to take a total of 8 hours of work to complete.

6 Steps to sign up:  

1. FRC Application Google Form with your parents.

2. We will review your application and get back to you shortly. Do not proceed with the next steps until we follow up.

3. FIRST Registration, directions available in mid-August, completed by 9/10

4. EPS Activities Registration of $105 available in mid-August, completed by 9/10

5. Additional forms will be available on the website mid-August & signed by 9/10

6. Pay 1816 Team dues of $950 by 9/10. Write a check to Edina Robotics Foundation or through Zelle (individual account, edinaroboticsfoundation@gmail.com "Dues & Last Name" in memo).
